Digital marketing and technology for businesses in Cameroon

The Digital Marketing department covers the work of being found, being understood and selling online: websites, search, social media, advertising, content and the systems behind them.

02 — What we do

What we do

Nine service areas. Each one is described in detail on its own page, including how the work is scoped and what you receive.

Not sure which applies? Describe the problem and we will point you to the right one.

03 — How we work

How we work

Every engagement follows the same shape, so you always know what is happening and what is expected of you.

  1. Scope and quote

We agree what is being delivered, by when and at what cost before any work starts. No surprise charges afterwards.

  2. Named contact

You get one person who knows your project and answers your questions, rather than a shared inbox.

  3. Delivery

Work is delivered in stages with progress reported as it goes, so problems surface early rather than at handover.

  4. Handover and support

You receive the accounts, the files and the documentation, along with support for the questions that arise after launch.

04 — Why work with us

Why work with us

Digital work is easy to buy badly. These are the commitments that shape how we deliver it.

  • Bilingual by default

Cameroon's market works in English and French. Content is written for both audiences rather than translated from one into the other.

  • You own your accounts

Domains, hosting, analytics and advertising accounts are registered in your name, so you are never locked in.

  • Honest measurement

We report what happened, including when something did not work. A provider that only reports good news is not giving you a basis for decisions.

  • Built to be maintained

What we hand over is documented and editable by your team, so routine changes do not require a developer.

Common questions

The questions we are asked most often when a project begins.

Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Work is scoped to what you actually need rather than to a fixed package, so a single website or a focused advertising campaign is a legitimate engagement. We will say when a requested piece of work is not worth the cost.
Can you work with both English and French customers?
Yes, and it is central to how we plan. Cameroon's market is bilingual, so websites, content and campaigns are prepared for both language audiences rather than assuming one.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Support arrangements are agreed explicitly, with what is covered and how quickly, rather than left to goodwill. Many clients start with a project and add ongoing support once they see how the work fits their team.
How are prices set?
By scope, not by a published rate card. We quote after understanding the requirement, so the figure reflects the work rather than a guess made before knowing it.

Tell us what you need

Describe the requirement and the Digital Marketing team will respond with a scope, a quote and a named contact.
